- Minimum 5 years of qualified software development experience using C++.

- Demonstrated ability to work on medium-scale scientific, engineering, or simulation software projects.

- Fluent in both Russian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Petroleum Engineering or in the development of software applications for the oil and gas industry.

- Familiarity with optimization techniques and physics-based modeling.

- Experience with modern C++ standards, software architecture, and engineering best practices.

- Experience with Java.
