A. Business &

- P&L; Ownership

- Own the business unit's revenue, margin and profitability targets across machine shifting, plant relocation and maintenance contracts

- Drive business development current client acquisition, quotation/costing for shifting & relocation projects, and key account management

- Build the annual business plan/budget and monitor performance against targets

B. Operations &

- Project Execution

- Plan and oversee execution of machine shifting/plant relocation projects covering 1–250 ton capacity equipment (CNC, grinding, honing machines, presses, transformers, CMM/precision equipment)

- Coordinate rigging, lifting, transport, installation, commissioning and mechanical/electrical assembly at client sites

- Oversee machine maintenance, reconditioning, geometric correction, retrofitting and health-assessment services

C. Manage fleet, lifting equipment (cranes, hydraulic jacks, trailers) and specialized packaging resources; oversee vendor/subcontractor relationships

- Plan manpower deployment (riggers, fabricators, maintenance engineers, technicians) across live projects

Safety &

- Compliance

- Enforce safety as a non-negotiable priority across all shifting, rigging and site operations

- Ensure statutory compliance (factory and lifting-equipment regulations, certifications) across all locations

- Champion environmental responsibility (“thinking green”) and continuous improvement practices

Client

Relationship &

- Service Delivery

- Own client relationships through project execution and after-project support

- Resolve on-site technical/commercial issues; ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

- Drive repeat business and long-term maintenance contracts

F. Team Leadership

- Build, lead and mentor a cross-functional, pan-India team of project managers, design engineers, riggers, fabricators, maintenance engineers and technicians

- Set goals, conduct performance reviews and develop talent across locations
