- The core narrative: what Gapblue claims, in what order, and on what evidence. Maintain one positioning document that everything else derives from.
- The asset library: master credentials deck, modular solution decks by domain, one-pagers, case studies and LinkedIn carousel series versioned, current and findable.
- Case studies, end to end, including securing client approval to be named or negotiating the strongest attributable alternative.
- The presentation design system: PowerPoint masters, theme colours, and a chart and diagram library that remains editable without breaking the layout.
- The founder's external voice: ghostwritten LinkedIn posts, conference abstracts, keynote decks and event material, written in his register.
- Reusable narrative components for bids: executive summary patterns,
solution descriptions, architecture visuals and credentials pages.
