- Assess existing business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, identifying pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.

- Redesign processes with a focus on automation, cost optimization, standardization, and improved controls.

- Drive implementation of best practices and benchmark against industry standards.

- Work closely with IT teams to design and implement enhancements.

- Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.

- Support automation projects including system migrations, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and workflow tools.

- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment of current solutions.

- Ensure redesigned processes adhere to statutory compliance, internal audit standards, and risk management guidelines.
