A. Business &

- P&L; Ownership

- Own the business unit's revenue, margin and profitability targets; prepare and manage the annual business plan and budget

- Drive order-book growth through recent client acquisition, tender/bid participation and repeat business from key accounts

- Review pricing, costing and quotations to protect margins in a competitive, cost-sensitive market

B. Design, Engineering &

- Product

- Oversee design and engineering of portable cabins, modular labour camps and LGSF structures drawings, BOQs and BOMs

- Drive standardization and product improvement (sections, connections, materials) to improve cost and speed of delivery

- Ensure technical compliance with client specifications and applicable codes/standards

C. Manufacturing &

- Operations

- Own end-to-end production planning and execution across plant (Talegaon Dhamdhere, Shirur)

- Coordinate procurement of steel, sheet and fabrication inputs with the supply chain team; manage vendor performance

- Drive on-time delivery, capacity planning and manufacturing productivity improvements

D. Quality, Safety &

- Compliance





- Implement and audit quality assurance processes to ensure international manufacturing standards are met

- Champion workplace safety across plants and site-erection crews; drive a zero-incident culture

- Ensure statutory, environmental and client compliance across the business unit

E. Site Execution &

- Client Delivery

- Oversee site erection/installation of cabins and labour camps at client project locations, coordinating transport and logistics

- Own client relationships through execution and after-sales/service support

- Resolve site-level technical and commercial issues in coordination with clients and internal teams

F. Team Leadership

- Build, lead and mentor a cross-functional team spanning sales, design, production, quality and site/erection

- Set goals, conduct performance reviews and develop talent within the business unit

- Drive a culture aligned with the company's values of teamwork, safety and quality

G. Reporting &

- MIS

- Provide regular MIS, forecasts and dashboards to leadership on sales, production, quality and profitability

- Present periodic business reviews to the Managing Director / Director
