Role Overview The team is primarily looking for a hands-on Developer profile (80%) with 20% support responsibilities . The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the Microsoft BI stack along with Big Data technologies and data engineering concepts.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in MSBI Stack :
- SSIS
- SSAS
- SSRS
- Power BI
- DAX / MDX
- Strong SQL skills
- Oracle Database experience
- Spark experience
- Agile methodology experience
- JIRA usage

Big Data / Data Engineering Skills

- Hadoop ecosystem knowledge
- Hadoop file formats
- Spark
- Airflow

Nice to Have/ Not mandate

- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- GenAI tools exposure such as GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot / Claude
- Data engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments

Target Profiles

Preferred:

- MSBI Developers with strong hands-on development experience and exposure to Spark/Hadoop.
- Data Engineers with strong MSBI background and Spark expertise.
