Role Description The Business Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Chennai, responsible for driving business growth, client success, and overall operational excellence at Weboin Digital Marketing Agency. This role oversees strategic planning, revenue targets, and P&L; management, ensuring that digital marketing and web development services are aligned with client objectives and market opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, and monitoring key business metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.

The Business





Head will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify current business opportunities, and represent the agency in key meetings and industry forums. The role also involves mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, and ensuring ethical and compliant business practices.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business leadership, P&L; ownership, and strategic planning within digital marketing, advertising, or technology services.
- Strong skills in sales management, client relationship management, and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and eCommerce strategies, including SEO, social media, and performance marketing concepts.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive operational efficiency, and implement scalable processes and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience working with or serving sectors such as Education, Real Estate, Medical, Fashion & Apparel, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Technology, Retail, or Infrastructure is beneficial.
- Comfort with on-site leadership in Chennai and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
