Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Business Finance Manager to partner with business and operations teams and drive financial planning, performance analysis, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with business leaders.
- Prepare MIS, P&L;, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly performance reports.
- Analyze CAC, LTV, unit economics, contribution margins, and business KPIs.
- Build financial models for pricing, current initiatives, investments, and business cases.
- Monitor budget vs. actuals, identifying financial risks and optimization opportunities.
- Support AOP and long-range business planning.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product,



and Operations teams on ROI and business performance.
- Improve financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven processes.
- Support investor reporting, fundraising activities, and board presentations as required.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.

Requirements
- CA/ CMA/ MBA-Finance with 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, or Financial Planning.
- Experience in a startup, EdTech, or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Good understanding of unit economics and business metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau and ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- High ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
