LAANDRA Health Wellness Pvt Ltd is looking for Independent Business Development Partners to generate corporate healthcare and wellness business.

This is NOT a salaried position.

There is no fixed monthly salary and no guaranteed monthly income. Your earnings are based entirely on the genuine business you successfully generate and convert for LAANDRA.

FLEXIBLE — MINIMUM 5 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DAYS PER MONTH

You are required to actively work on LAANDRA business for a minimum of 5 business-development days per month.

This is an independent and flexible opportunity. You can plan your 5 working days around your existing professional commitments, business activities or schedule, subject to any obligations you may have with your existing employer or clients.

You don't have to work every day.

If you have a strong professional network, existing business relationships or B2B sales experience, you can use this opportunity to generate additional performance-based income.

YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL

You can earn up to 7% commission on eligible business successfully generated and converted.

For example

₹1,00,000 business → up to ₹7,000 commission

₹5,00,000 business → up to ₹35,000 commission

₹10,00,000 business → up to ₹70,000 commission

There is no fixed earning ceiling. The more genuine business you bring, the more you can earn.





Actual commission may vary depending on the service, project size and commercial margins.

- Identify potential corporate and institutional clients
- Approach HR, Admin, Facility, Procurement, GM and Management teams

- Generate genuine healthcare requirements

- Introduce LAANDRA's services
- Arrange client meetings and presentations

- Follow up with prospects
- Support the sales process until business closure
- Build long-term corporate relationships
