Key responsibilities

- Identify prime locations for current restaurants and properties.
- Conduct market research and identify high-potential areas.
- Source new properties through brokers, owners, developers and real-estate networks.
- Evaluate location, property potential, competition, accessibility and commercial viability.
- Negotiate with property owners and landlords.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential properties.
- Coordinate with management, finance, legal, projects and operations for property finalization.
- Support new property acquisition, expansion and pre-opening activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and external stakeholders.

Requirements: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

· Experience:7+ years of strong expansion experience:





· Strong knowledge of prime locations and local market potential.

· Proven experience in property sourcing and identification.

· Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with property owners, landlords, developers and brokers

· Experience handling site visits, property discussions and commercial negotiations.

· Willingness to travel extensively for location scouting and property meetings.

· Experience in new property openings or expansion projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
