Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new real estate and redevelopment project opportunities.
- Conduct project feasibility assessments and preliminary due diligence.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with society members, committees, stakeholders, and government authorities.
- Lead negotiations and support the execution of legal agreements in compliance with DCPR 2034, RERA, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, legal advisors, and authorities to ensure a smooth project transition from acquisition to execution.
- Support the process of obtaining necessary approvals, permissions, and clearances for projects.

Required Skills & Competencies

Feasibility Report Preparation

Ability to prepare detailed project feasibility reports covering market analysis, legal compliance, technical viability, financial projections, and risk assessment, including cash flow models, ROI/IRR calculations, and scenario planning.

Regulatory Knowledge

Strong understanding of DCPR 2034 (Development Control and Promotion Regulations), RERA, and other applicable municipal norms, including FSI (Floor Space Index),



redevelopment eligibility, and approval processes. Should be well-versed with FSI norms, permissible building heights, redevelopment rules, open space requirements, and incentives for SRA/MHADA projects.

Qualifications & Experience (suggested adjust as needed)

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in real estate business development, preferably in redevelopment projects in Mumbai/MMR
- Proven track record of successfully closing redevelopment/land acquisition deals
- Established network among societies, brokers, and regulatory bodies is a strong plus
