Role Description The Business Development Manager in Digital Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the digital marketing domain, including lead generation, prospect outreach, and relationship building with potential and existing clients.

The role involves presenting digital marketing solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal marketing and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.

The Business Development

Manager will track market trends, analyze competitors, and contribute to revenue growth strategies, while maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.



Daily activities include client meetings, pipeline management, collaboration on campaign strategies, and representing Aniwini Technologies at relevant events and networking forums.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Valuable understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for growth in the digital marketing space.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and operations, to deliver client solutions.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in IT or digital marketing business development is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and engage with clients in a professional, inclusive, and ethical manner.
