Unique Chemical Industries (UCI) is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and customer development in Construction Chemicals and UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and business opportunities in construction chemicals and UHPC.
- Identify and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, infrastructure companies and project developers.
- Generate leads, conduct customer visits and manage the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the technical/R&D; team for product solutions.
- Handle product presentations, trials, sampling and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products and pricing.
- Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular sales reports, customer feedback and follow-up records.

Candidate Profile




- Experience in Construction Chemicals / UHPC / Concrete Admixtures / Specialty Chemicals sales.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Good understanding of construction materials and technical products.
- Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, infrastructure companies or project-based customers will be an advantage.
- Robust communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
