We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to lead our new client acquisition efforts in the US market. This is a pure hunting role — the primary focus is on generating qualified leads through outbound cold calling and cold emailing, targeting key accounts and building a strong sales pipeline from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calling and cold emailing to generate leads within the US market
- Research and build target account lists aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Execute multi-touch outreach sequences (calls + emails) to engage prospects and book meetings/demos
- Qualify leads and manage the early stages of the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activity in the CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked
- Collaborate with the sales/closing team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on cold calling experience, specifically targeting the US market
- Prior experience selling software products or services is strongly preferred
- Background in an advertising/agency environment is a plus
- Willingness and ability to work US shift hours
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, etc.) preferred

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
