Role Description The Business Development Intern role at Opsiys is an on-site internship based in Kushinagar. Interns support lead generation, identify potential clients, and assist in presenting Opsiys’ AI and automation solutions to prospects. Daily tasks include researching target markets, helping prepare sales presentations and proposals, updating CRM or lead-tracking systems, and coordinating with the marketing and product teams to align messaging with client needs.

The role also involves participating in client meetings where appropriate, gathering feedback,



and contributing to strategies that expand Opsiys’ presence in the AI automation and marketplace ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in business development, sales, and growth strategies, with the ability to understand and communicate value propositions.
- Basic knowledge of AI, automation technologies, or digital products, and willingness to learn about Opsiys’ solutions and offerings.
- Good research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities, study competitors, and understand customer needs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospects, collaborating with team members, and presenting ideas clearly.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing leads, tracking activities, and supporting documentation and reporting.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and readiness to take initiative under guidance from senior team members.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kushinagar for the duration of the internship.
