Role Description The Business Development Intern role at CaviarQ is a full-time remote position supporting the growth of the agency’s client base and strategic partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, identifying potential leads, and assisting in outreach to prospective clients and collaborators. The intern will help prepare pitch materials, proposals, and presentations, while maintaining accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups.

This role also involves coordinating with internal teams to support client communications, tracking campaign performance, and contributing ideas to improve business development processes. The position offers exposure to PR,



brand communications, and the luxury and lifestyle sectors, with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills and ability to conduct Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to support outreach, presentations, and internal collaboration.
- Lead Generation capabilities and interest in prospecting, building pipelines, and supporting business development initiatives.
- Customer Service mindset, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and support relationship-building with clients and partners.
- Comfort with remote work tools, basic proficiency in productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools), and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in PR, brand communications, or the luxury, fashion, beauty, or F&B; industries.
- Ability to work full time, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
