The candidate should understand how to generate leads, approach brands and agencies, understand production requirements, prepare proposals/quotations, follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business for TVCs, DVCs, Corporate Films, Product Videos, Social Media Videos, Reels & Event Productions
- Identify and approach brands, marketing teams and agencies
- Handle inbound & outbound leads
- Understand client briefs and coordinate with the production team
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
- Follow up, negotiate and close deals
- Maintain client relationships and identify repeat-business opportunities
- Maintain CRM/sales pipeline and monthly conversion reports

Requirements
- 2–3 years of Business Development experience




- Previous experience in a Video Production House / Creative Agency / Advertising Agency is strongly preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of video-production workflows and costing
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Existing industry network will be an advantage

Compensation Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will be based on experience and previous performance.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
