About the Role

Soul Space is looking for a Sales Executive School Partnerships to drive business development and build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.

The role will involve lead generation, institutional sales, stakeholder engagement, program presentations, partnership development, and post-sales coordination for the Soul Space Student Mental Health Program.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to confidently engage with school leadership and other senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Development

- Identify and build a database of prospective schools and educational institutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, references, networking, and other business development channels.
- Research target schools, understand their requirements, and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Maintain a structured lead and outreach pipeline.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

2. Sales & Business Development

- Initiate conversations with schools and understand their wellness, counselling, and student mental health requirements.
- Present and pitch the Soul Space Student Mental Health Program to school leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct program presentations, demonstrations, and introductory discussions.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers and coordinate with internal teams as required.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Follow up with prospects at various stages of the sales cycle.
- Address initial queries and coordinate internally for detailed responses.
- Support proposal preparation, commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership closures.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, expansion, and additional program offerings.

3. School Partnership & Program Coordination





- Coordinate with schools following confirmation of the program to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Act as a key coordination point between school stakeholders and the internal program team.
- Coordinate with psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors, and internal teams for program schedules and delivery requirements.
- Track school-wise calendars, sessions, workshops, student activities, and agreed deliverables.
- Monitor attendance, participation, feedback, and completion status.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending activities and requirements.
- Support resolution of operational queries and issues raised by school stakeholders.
- Collect and consolidate school/program feedback and share key observations with relevant internal teams.
- Prepare regular program status updates and highlight operational issues, risks, and support requirements to the reporting manager.

4. Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with school leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop an understanding of the school's existing wellness, counselling, and student support ecosystem.
- Maintain regular communication with school stakeholders to ensure a positive partnership experience.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and expand program engagement.

5. Sales Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Regularly update sales trackers and CRM/lead management systems.
- Prepare sales pipeline and performance reports.
- Track conversion rates, follow-ups, pending opportunities, and closures.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on sales progress and key business opportunities.

- Ability to manage multiple leads, meetings, and opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/lead management tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
- Willingness to travel for school meetings, presentations, and outreach activities, whenever required.

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who are:

- Confident and articulate in professional communication.
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach.
- Interested in Sales, Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Education Sales.
- Comfortable presenting solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Strong at building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to manage both sales activities and post-sales coordination effectively.

Education & Experience

Education:

- MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Business Development, or a related specialization.
- Candidates from other MBA specializations may also be considered based on their sales aptitude and communication skills.

Experience:

- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales/business development are welcome.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Institutional Sales, Education Sales, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related field will be preferred.
