- We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 0 - 1 year of experience to join our growing sales team.

- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting our channel enablement services to IT companies.

- This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B sales processes and is eager to take ownership of the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target prospective clients within the IT industry, especially where channel enablement can add measurable value.

- Research and qualify leads using channels like cold calling, email outreach, social media, and qualified networks.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to enter new markets and build a qualified pipeline.

- Deliver customized sales pitches and presentations that address client-specific needs and showcase service value.

- Engage with decision-makers such as channel heads, sales leaders, and C-suite executives to understand business challenges and offer suitable solutions.





- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing and onboarding.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support.

- Build long-term client relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and upselling opportunities.

- Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to channel enablement.

Requirements

- Candidates must have 1-5 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, with mandatory experience in IT sales.

- Strong understanding of channel enablement functions like partner onboarding, training, co-marketing, and performance analytics.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

- Experience using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

- Goal-driven, self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
