We are l o oking for passionate and growth-driven Business Development Associates (BDA) to expand our network of partner schools and educational institutions.
You’ll p l ay a key role in driving outreach, building strategic relationships, and promoting our STEM programs across India.
Key Re s p o nsibilities For Busi n ess Development Associate (BDA):
Research and identify potential clients — schools, colleges, and educational organizations.Develop a nd maintain a strong pipeline through cold calls, networking,
and lead generation activities.Build rel ationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.Deliver e ngaging presentations and demos on our STEM programs.Achieve m onthly and quarterly business targets.
Require m e nts
Bachelor
’ s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong le adership qualities.Passionat e about education, innovation, and STEM learning.Willingne ss to travel extensively across India.Highly or ganized with exceptional time management and follow-up abilities.
