Role Description The Business Development Executive Fresher role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Teknowgrade’s learning solutions to prospective clients.

The Business Development

Executive will support account management activities, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and follow up consistently to build long-term relationships.



The role also includes collaborating with marketing and operations teams, participating in sales campaigns, and providing feedback from clients to improve offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a solid pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support ongoing engagements.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms is beneficial.
- A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and interest in the education and training industry will be an advantage.
