Key Responsibilities

Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Understand student’s educational background, career interests and requirements.

Explain Clinova Academy's courses, training structure and career opportunities.

Counsel student’s regarding suitable career-oriented programs.

Schedule counselling visits and coordinate office visits.

Follow up with interested student’s and parents.

Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.

Convert enquiries into counselling visits and admissions.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth admission and student onboarding.

Maintain professional communication with student’s and parents.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and positive personality.

Good convincing and follow-up skills.





Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.

Ability to communicate professionally with students and parents.

Willingness to learn and grow in Business Development and Student Counselling.

Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment.

Eligibility

Any Graduate

Freshers are welcome

0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Counselling or similar roles is an advantage.

Male / Female candidates can apply.

Candidates comfortable with in-office work in Pune can apply. Compensation & Advantages
