About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Fintech team and drive the growth of Dhan Kubera, our payment gateway solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential merchants/business clients.
- Acquire and onboard new merchants on the Dhan Kubera payment gateway.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable payment solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for merchant onboarding and support.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Fintech Sales.
- Experience in Payment Gateway, Digital Payments, Banking, BPO, Real Estate, or Fintech is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Valuable lead-generation and conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
