We’re looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive who can own the sales journey end-to-end — from cold calling and lead generation to bringing prospects into video meetings and closing clients.
? What We’re Looking For
✅ B2B or B2C sales experience
✅ Proven experience selling a product or service
✅ End-to-end sales experience
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Strong presentation and client-facing skills
✅ Cold Calling Experience Is Highly Preferred
✅ Smart, proactive and target-oriented approach
✅ Experience in Civil, Manufacturing or related industries is a robust plus
? What You’ll Do
- Generate leads through cold calling and outreach
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Schedule and conduct client/video meetings
- Present solutions effectively to prospects
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
