Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven, and hardworking Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our commercial cleaning products and heavy-duty white phenyl manufacturing line. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our B2B client network across Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities:

- B2B Lead Generation & Sales: Visit local Hotels, Dhabas, Restaurants, PGs, Hospitals, Commercial Offices, and Wholesalers to generate bulk orders.
- Product Demos & Sampling: Present product samples to Purchase Managers and business owners, conduct follow-ups, and successfully close sales deals.
- Target Achievement: Drive sales to achieve assigned monthly performance targets under pressure.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong long-term business relationships with key accounts to secure repeat orders.





Desired Candidate Profile:

- Hardworking & Resilient: Must be highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to interact confidently with local commercial buyers.
- Field Work Readiness: Ability to conduct daily field visits across commercial hubs in Ludhiana.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in FMCG, Cleaning Chemicals, or Direct B2B Sales (Freshers with strong drive and enthusiasm are welcome).
