Dubpro.ai, as seen on Shark Tank India Season 5 , is a pioneer in AI-enabled video dubbing. We work with leading production houses, educational companies, YouTube creators, and podcasters to help them reach wider audiences across 10+ languages.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research YouTube creators who can benefit from multilingual dubbing.
- Reach out to creators and creator management teams through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Introduce Dubpro.ai’s dubbing services and clearly communicate how multilingual content can help creators expand their audience.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the business development team.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with YouTube creators and digital content businesses.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, follow-ups, and lead progress using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients and move conversations through the sales pipeline.




- Coordinate with internal production and operations teams to understand client requirements and support pilot projects.
- Track outreach performance and contribute ideas to improve creator acquisition strategies.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people through cold emails, calls, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Professional, confident, and persistent in following up with potential clients.
- Familiarity with YouTube, digital creators, podcasts, or the broader creator economy.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and online research tools.
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for research and communication.
- Organized, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of business development targets in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in business development, lead generation, sales, creator partnerships, or influencer marketing is preferred.
