We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sales development, email communication, customer follow-ups, and coordinating with customers to generate new business opportunities.

The role is exclusively focused on Sales & Marketing activities, with an emphasis on customer engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle skilled email communication with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular sales follow-ups through email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product enquiries, quotations, samples, and orders.
- Identify new sales leads and develop business opportunities.
- Promote company products and services to prospective customers.
- Maintain customer details, sales follow-up records, and CRM updates.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.




- Follow up on quotations, samples, approvals, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries.
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in B2B sales, email marketing, or customer coordination is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Freshers with good communication and sales interest may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
