Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday(One Rotational Saturday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

- Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities by managing and nurturing them.
- Identify potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate outbound leads.
- Analyze prospects' processes and requirements to tailor our offerings.
- Communicate Fingertips’ value proposition effectively to potential customers.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date sales data and activity reports in the Salesforce CRM.
- Engage professionally with potential clients through various communication channels (phone, email, video calls, in-person) to understand their business needs and build positive relationships.
- Collaborate within a small sales and marketing team and develop strong relationships with all colleagues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to project managers, the delivery team, and senior management.
