Job Summary:

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our RPO team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth within the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and supporting business expansion in the RPO domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) segment.
- Research and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose appropriate recruitment solutions.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or presentations for senior management with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions and leads.
- Support in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.




- Confidence in reaching out to new clients and handling conversations.
- Good understanding of the recruitment or staffing industry (added advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA in HR/Marketing will be a plus.
