About the Role
Entirety Ventures Private Limited is hiring for a Business Development Associate (BDA) role in Gurugram. The role involves customer interaction, lead handling, follow-ups, relationship building, and converting prospects into successful sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and assigned customer leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Communicate with customers through calls and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Explain products/services, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Address customer questions and sales objections professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with relevant sales or business development experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Good follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
