Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Airport/Aviation domain expertise to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with airport operations, stakeholders, product teams, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives across airport operations, passenger services, baggage handling, resource management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from airport stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct workshops with airport operations, airlines, ground handling agents, and other business stakeholders.
- Analyze and optimize airport operational processes.
- Support implementation of airport systems and digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams.
- Perform GAP analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies.
- Create process maps using BPMN, Visio, or similar tools.
- Support UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect management.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and operational standards.
