Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

- Conduct stakeholder consultations and gather business, functional, operational, and reporting requirements for NDTS initiatives.

- Analyse existing processes, systems, and stakeholder journeys and identify opportunities for digitization and process improvement.

- Prepare business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications (FRS), use cases, user stories, process flows, and solution requirements.

- Support development of NDTS use cases, digital services, registries, workflows, and stakeholder interaction models.

- Facilitate requirement workshops with Ministry officials, States, industry stakeholders, technology partners, and implementation agencies.

- Support preparation of strategy documents, concept notes, discussion papers, consultation reports, and implementation recommendations.

- Assist in defining KPIs, reporting requirements, dashboards, monitoring frameworks, and programme performance indicators.

- Coordinate with technical teams to translate business requirements into solution specifications and implementation plans.

- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), validation of business requirements,



and review of implemented solutions.

Experience

- Experience in business analysis, consulting, e-Governance, digital transformation, IT projects, programme management, or product implementation.

- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder consultations, business process analysis, workflow design, and preparation of functional documentation.

- Experience working with Government departments, technology vendors, implementation agencies, or multi-stakeholder programmes would be desirable.

- Familiarity with digital platforms, data-driven systems, business process re-engineering, and technology-enabled service delivery models.

- Robust analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, digital platforms, or public-sector projects would be an added advantage.

Qualification

Mandatory

- Minimum BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MSc (IT) or equivalent

- 6+ years of relevant IT Industry experience.

Desirable

- Prior Government experience
