Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is curious, analytical, and has a strong interest in technology and business processes. You will work closely with the Product, Technology, Legal, and Business teams to understand requirements and help build better software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document business and product requirements.
- Assist in preparing BRDs, user stories, process flows, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand business needs and project requirements.
- Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support UAT, testing, and product validation.
- Participate in client/internal discussions and capture requirements and action items.
- Maintain trackers and follow up on project deliverables.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging AI/SaaS solutions.
- Assist the team in converting business requirements into actionable product/technology requirements.

What We're Looking For




- Students or recent graduates from BBA, BMS, MBA, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Positive understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Ability to understand processes and ask the right questions.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, technology, and enterprise software is a plus.
