Job Title: Business Analyst cum Scrum Master Telecom OSS/BSS

Job Overview-We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst cum Scrum Master with strong experience in the Telecom domain, particularly across OSS and/or BSS platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of either OSS or BSS and a basic understanding of the other.The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, development teams and other technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions and drive delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements from telecom stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with product owners, development, testing and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective meetings.
- Manage and prioritize product/sprint backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Track sprint progress, identify risks/dependencies and ensure timely resolution of blockers.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of features and releases.
- Support requirement clarification, UAT, defect resolution and production implementation.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Prepare project status reports, sprint metrics and other Agile documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous delivery.





Required Telecom Domain Knowledge The candidate should have strong expertise in either OSS or BSS and basic knowledge of the other. OSS – Preferred Knowledge

- Billing
- Charging

Additional Domain Knowledge

- Mediation – positive understanding/exposure
- CI/CD – basic understanding and exposure to software delivery/release processes

Required Skills

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master.
- Good understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS processes and platforms.
- Strong requirement gathering and business analysis skills.
- Experience creating BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar Agile tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business, product, development and QA teams.
- Good understanding of software development and CI/CD lifecycle.

Preferred Profile

- Telecom/communications domain experience is mandatory.
- Strong functional knowledge in OSS or BSS.
- Basic understanding of the other domain.
- Exposure to Mediation and CI/CD.
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM/PSM is an advantage.
- Experience working with large-scale telecom transformation or digital platforms is preferred.

Ideal CandidateA candidate who has deep expertise in one OSS/BSS area, reasonable understanding of the other, and can independently handle both Business Analysis and Scrum Master responsibilities will be an ideal fit.
