About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst – Fresher to support business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and coordination across technical and business teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and an interest in understanding business needs and translating them into clear project requirements.

The ideal candidate should be interested in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI chatbots, and digital products, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear product requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business objectives, user needs, and use cases for AI-powered products.

- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting product and business requirements.

- Support the preparation of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

- Research AI, Generative AI, chatbot, and automation use cases.

- Assist in defining chatbot workflows, user journeys, intents, responses, and escalation scenarios.

- Coordinate with Product Managers, developers, AI/ML teams, QA testers, designers, and other stakeholders.

- Participate in client discussions and requirement clarification meetings.

- Prepare meeting minutes, requirement notes, project updates, and action-item trackers.

- Assist in evaluating AI product outputs for relevance, accuracy, consistency, and user experience.

- Support prompt testing, prompt documentation, and basic prompt improvement activities.





- Help identify gaps, issues, dependencies, and opportunities for product enhancement.

- Validate developed features against documented requirements.

- Conduct basic competitor, market, and user research related to AI products.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and product documentation for internal and client discussions.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to understand business processes and document requirements clearly.

- Good listening, questioning, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of software development or IT project workflows.

- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Scrum will be an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates who graduated in 2025 or 2026 from the following backgrounds are preferred:

- B.Tech/B.E. – Computer Science

- B.Tech/B.E. – Information Technology

- MCA

- BCA

- B.Sc. – Computer Science, IT,



or a related discipline

- Fresher with a genuine interest in AI products and business analysis.

- Confident communicator with good presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Curious about how AI-powered products solve business and customer problems.

- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Able to learn new AI tools and understand product use cases.

- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to work from the Kolkata office.
