Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements with banking clients; prepare FSDs, user stories, mockups, and workflow diagrams

- Map business processes and conduct gap analysis across retail and corporate banking

- Own requirements like a Product Owner prioritization, backlog, sprint collaboration with engineering

- Apply domain knowledge across payments, digital onboarding, CASA, loans, cards, deposits, and digital wallets

- Manage stakeholders through sign-off, dev/QA walkthroughs, and UAT

What You'll Bring

- 7+ years as a BA in banking/fintech, across retail and corporate banking

- Hands-on experience with payments and digital onboarding workstreams

- Functional understanding of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) — no coding required

- Experience using AI tools for BA activities (docs, validation, mockups, diagrams)

- Core banking systems experience (Flexcube, T24) is a plus

- Prior product ownership exposure is a solid plus

- Willing to travel to the Middle East/Saudi Arabia as needed
