Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who excels at working with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable Jira user stories. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring that product and development teams clearly understand requirements and can deliver high-quality solutions effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.

- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals.

- Analyze and document detailed business and functional requirements.

- Translate requirements into transparent, concise, and testable Jira user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.

- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.

- Conduct backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings.

- Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery timelines.





- Provide clarification and support to developers during the development lifecycle.

- Identify and mitigate risks or issues related to requirements or delivery.

- Experience in Ecommerce Background is mandatory.

- Participate in UAT planning and execution, ensuring that developed features meet business expectations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Strong experience with Jira for user story creation, backlog management, and workflow tracking.

- Proven ability to elicit requirements and convert them into well-structured documentation and user stories.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Experience coordinating with cross-functional development teams.
