Role Description The Business Analyst Associate Intern role is a remote internship that supports consulting teams with research, analysis, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and organizing business requirements, analyzing business processes, and assisting in the development of recommendations to improve efficiency and performance. The intern will help prepare reports, presentations, and process maps, and contribute to client deliverables under the guidance of senior analysts.

This role also involves participating in virtual meetings, communicating findings clearly to team members,



and learning industry-standard tools and methods for business analysis.

Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights.
- Foundational Business Analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Business Process concepts and the ability to map and improve workflows.
- Ability to elicit, structure, and manage Business Requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Interest in consulting, technology strategy, or digital transformation; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with collaboration platforms and basic data analysis tools is helpful.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, multicultural environment.
