Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Building Projects (Finishing Works) to manage end-to-end finishing execution for high-rise building projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, cost control and effective subcontractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute finishing works as per project schedule, drawings and specifications.
- Manage plaster, screed, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, stone/marble, painting, gypsum/false ceiling, doors, windows and joinery.
- Manage floor-wise work fronts, manpower, materials and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with MEP, QA/QC, faade, design, procurement and commercial teams.
- Monitor productivity, daily progress, material consumption and work-front availability.
- Ensure quality standards, mock-ups, inspections and timely closure of observations.
- Control rework, wastage, finishing costs and subcontractor performance.
- Drive snagging, de-snagging, testing,



documentation and final handover.
- Maintain DPRs, progress reports, inspection records and handover documentation.
- Lead and mentor finishing engineers, supervisors and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and company standards.

Candidate Profile

- 8–12 years of experience in building construction and finishing works.
- High-rise project experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods and sequencing.
- Experience managing multiple floors, work fronts and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
