Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners, customers, and businesses for property-related requirements.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Onboarding Executive to handle property listing and related coordination activities.

The main responsibility will be to collect property details, prepare listings, update property information, and coordinate with owners and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect property details from owners, clients, and the internal team.
- Create and update property listings on relevant platforms.
- Check property information such as location, size, price, property type, and availability.
- Upload property photos, videos, and other required information.
- Make sure listings contain accurate and complete information.
- Update listings whenever there are changes in price, availability, or property details.
- Coordinate with property owners for missing or updated information.
- Follow up with clients regarding property details and listing requirements.




- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team regarding listed properties.
- Maintain records of properties that have been listed and updated.
- Check published listings and correct information when required.
- Assist with property onboarding and basic client coordination.
- Handle day-to-day listing and coordination tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in property listing, real estate, coordination, customer support, or related work is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working with online platforms and property information.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail while entering and updating information.
- Ability to manage multiple property listings.
