Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager – Brand Strategy to independently manage and execute the organization's overall brand strategy and branding initiatives. The role will focus on strengthening brand positioning, communication, visibility, consistency, and engagement across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Define and strengthen brand positioning, identity, messaging, and communication strategy .
- Plan and manage end-to-end branding campaigns and marketing initiatives .
- Provide creative direction for campaigns, advertisements, content, and brand communication.
- Manage digital and offline branding activities across relevant platforms.
- Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines, visual identity, tone, and messaging across all communication.




- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies, creative partners, media agencies, and vendors.
- Develop campaign briefs and coordinate with creative teams for timely execution.
- Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and market visibility.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify brand growth opportunities .
- Support branding initiatives for recent services, specialties, doctors, hospitals, and healthcare offerings .
- Manage multiple branding projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Present brand strategies, campaign plans, and performance updates to senior management.
