- Oversee the entire branch operations for the gold loan business.
- Achieve monthly and annual branch sales and collection targets. *

- Manage day-to-day operational activities including KYC, loan processing, and vault management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, audit standards, and compliance norms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure business growth and retention.
- Handle branch administration and coordinate with regional and corporate offices.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC operations.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of KYC, RBI guidelines, and gold valuation processes.
