Job Title: Branch Manager

Department:Operations/ Sales

Experience :1-3 years

Key Responsibilities

*Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.

*Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff to achieve business targets.

*Develop recent customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

*Drive sales, revenue, and profitability of the branch. Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports.

*Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

*Manage cash, inventory, documentation, and other branch resources.

*Conduct staff meetings, training, and performance reviews.

*Coordinate with the head office and other departments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Strong leadership and *communication skills

.*Good customer-service and problem-solving abilities.

*Basic computer and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
