Job position: Branch Head – Gold Loan / Forex

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to manage overall branch operations, business development, customer service, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations, KYC, compliance, and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Lead, train, and manage branch staff.
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Drive customer service, cross-selling, and business growth.
- Monitor branch P&L;, operational risks, and process quality.
- Ensure proper process implementation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Gold Loan or Forex.
- Solid knowledge of Gold Loan/Forex products and market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
