Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO / Telecalling Executives to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Explain products/services and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, leads, or requirements.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries or coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.




- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Candidates should be available to work from the Bhubaneswar office.
