Role & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Bodyshop operations, including denting, painting and accident repair.

- Ensure timely completion of jobs as per TAT and quality standards.

- Supervise and manage Denter, Painter, Technician and Bodyshop support staff.

- Monitor job cards, repair estimates, work allocation and job progress.

- Coordinate with Insurance companies, surveyors and customers for claim and repair processes.

- Ensure proper quality control, rework reduction and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor workshop productivity, manpower utilization and bay efficiency.

- Ensure availability and proper coordination of spare parts and materials.

- Maintain Bodyshop MIS, productivity reports and other operational records.

- Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki processes, safety standards and workshop procedures.

- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of complaints.





- Drive team performance, discipline and continuous process improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

- 48 years of relevant experience in Automobile Bodyshop operations.

- Experience in Maruti Suzuki / OEM-authorized dealership Bodyshop will be preferred.

- Robust knowledge of Denting, Painting, Accident Repair and Insurance Claims.

- Good understanding of Bodyshop TAT, productivity, quality and cost control.

- Strong team management and leadership skills.

- Good customer handling and communication skills.

- Working knowledge of DMS, MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Ability to manage manpower and achieve operational targets.
