- 3-8 years of experience as a Blood Bank Technician or equivalent role.
- B.Sc degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Diploma in Blood Bank Technology (DBT).
- Robust knowledge of blood bank operations, including inventory control, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in performing various laboratory tests such as cross-matching, typing, and screening for infectious diseases.
