- Customer Service: Greet drivers, listen to repair needs, and explain the work clearly.
- Damage Assessment: Inspect wrecked or scratched cars and note all visible problems.
- Cost Estimates: Write up detailed repair cost lists and get customer or insurance approval before work starts.
- Insurance Handling: Talk to insurance agents, process claim paperwork, and coordinate surveys.
- Workflow Tracking: Work with mechanics, painters, and parts staff to keep repairs moving on time.
- Updates: Call or message car owners to share progress reports and recent delivery dates.
- Final Delivery: Check the finished car for quality and hand the keys back to a happy customer.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
