Blockchain Developer | 4+ Years | Full-Time

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer with strong hands-on experience in Solidity, Smart Contracts, and Web3. The role involves developing and integrating blockchain solutions for a token-based platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and deploy Solidity smart contracts.
- Work on Polygon and BNB Smart Chain (BSC).
- Build smart-contract logic for investment, ROI, referral, level, and rank-based rewards.
- Develop and integrate ERC-20 tokens.
- Integrate DEXs and liquidity pools.
- Use PolygonScan and BscScan for contract verification, monitoring, and debugging.
- Integrate blockchain with backend/frontend using Ethers.js / Web3.js.
- Ensure contracts are secure, optimized, tested, and production-ready.
- Troubleshoot blockchain transactions and smart-contract issues.

Required Skills




- 4+ years of professional Blockchain/Web3 development experience.
- Strong Solidity & Smart Contract development skills.
- Hands-on experience with Polygon and BSC.
- Strong knowledge of ERC-20 tokens and blockchain transactions.
- Experience with Ethers.js / Web3.js.
- Knowledge of DEXs, liquidity pools, and DeFi.
- Understanding of smart-contract security and gas optimization.
- Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or similar frameworks.
- Node.js / TypeScript knowledge is an advantage.

Preferred Experience
- DeFi and token-based platforms.
- ROI, referral, level, reward, or rank-based systems.
- Working with existing smart contracts, ABIs, and blockchain explorers.
- Production deployment and maintenance on Polygon/BSC.

Candidate Profile
- Able to independently design, develop, test, integrate, and deploy blockchain solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Comfortable working with Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product teams.
