Role & Responsibilities

Procurement and Vendor Management

- Lead sourcing and procurement of all equipment and consumables required for smooth operations of Apollo Home Healthcare.
- Drive supply chain excellence by focusing on long-term strategic goals; develop SCM strategies for both rental and sales of clinical equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships, including engagement, performance monitoring, and governance.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets; track and analyze price variances.
- Conduct vendor evaluations using supplier scorecards (quality, cost, delivery, sustainability); initiate blacklisting where necessary.
- Monitor and track current purchase orders and procurement activities.

Stores and Inventory Management
- Oversee supply planning, demand planning, and dispatch scheduling for equipment and consumables.
- Manage end-to-end store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance/dispatch of materials.
- Ensure proper storage practices to maintain material quality.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective planning and control of receipts and issues.
- Monitor availability of critical spares and consumables.
- Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.
- Implement and monitor store security procedures and protocols.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS)



guidelines and departmental objectives.
- Conduct cross-functional reviews, track deliverables, and manage escalations.
- Oversee MIS reporting and overall inventory performance.

Vendor Development & Business Expansion
- Strengthen relationships with existing B2B vendors to ensure sustained business growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to expand the network and market reach.
- Engage with healthcare professionals, including doctors, to promote respiratory product offerings.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and build long-term partnerships.

Other Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure compliance with SCM SOPs and statutory requirements.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members; set goals and monitor performance.

Profile Description
- Any Graduate in Supply Chain Management with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing corporate-level SCM functions in large organizations.
- Prior experience in high-volume supply chain operations within the healthcare/hospital industry is an added advantage.
- Strong expertise in demand planning, forecasting tools, stores management, fleet management, and inventory control.
